BLACK SESAME COTTAGE CHEESE

Cottage Cheese - 400 gms
Black Sesame Seeds - 50 gms
White Sesame Seeds - 25 gms
Ginger Juice - 2 table spoons
Garlic - 1 clove
Fresh Red Chilli - 2 nos.
Light Soya Sauce - 2 table spoons
Rice Vinegar - 2 table spoons
Shashlik Sticks - 7 to 8
Spring Onions - 1 bunch
Oil - 1 table spoon
Salt to taste    

Method

Cut the cottage cheese into rectangular piece
Mix all the ingredients to form a marinade
Marinate all the cottage cheese and let it stand
